Please join us as we celebrate our second annual Fairport Reimagine the Canal Plein Air Community Paint Out, held Saturday, September 30, 2023, throughout the lovely village of Fairport, NY, and culminating in an exhibition and sale at Faircraft Brauhaus.

We are seeking sponsors to support this cultural event! The village will be teeming with activity, as visitors descend along Main Street to participate in the annual Scarecrow Festival and Oktoberfest in Fairport and witness artists painting “en plein air” – out in the open air, painting what they see. We will have a captive audience of all ages and are thrilled to showcase Fairport in this new and exciting way!

We welcome sponsorships in the form of monetary donations from businesses as well as individual patrons of the arts. Financial support can be provided on our ticketing page in the “Donation to Fairport Public Arts Committee” section of the form, or by sending a check to the Fairport Partnership Foundation designated as “Fairport Plein Air support.” Checks may be mailed to:

Individual patrons of the arts who donate at the $100 level or more will receive two tickets to the preview event at 2:00 p.m., which includes a complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soda and an opportunity to view and purchase art before the event is open to the public. Business and corporate sponsors will receive tickets to the preview event at 2:00 p.m., with a complimentary drink and the opportunity to view and purchase the art, as well. In addition to the benefits listed below, business and corporate sponsors will have an opportunity to add a branded piece of “swag” to the gift bags that will go to each artist.
